Residents at Kellow House have been waking up to find homeless people sleeping in their corridors and outside their front doors. There has also been incidents of drunken shouting and swearing in the middle of the night.
If you are concerned about vulnerable homeless people, your housing officer can report the matter to Natty St. Louis the Council's Street Population Co-ordinator.
