TRA South is one of the 3 Tenants and Residents Association of people who live on Tabard Gardens Estate.

TRA South covers the following blocks:

Chartham House, Chilham House, Dorking House, Geoffrey House, Godstone House, Headbourne House, Huberd House, Pallant House, Pardoner House, Pilgrim House, Seal House, Shalford House, Tabard House, Tatsfield House, Westerham House and Wrotham House.


If you are, or if you live with a tenant or leaseholder, or if you rent from a leaseholder in one of the above blocks you are already a TRA member, and you are are very welcome to attend our TRA meetings, so do come along to events, get involved in community projects and help us make a difference for everyone on our estate.

Our Aims
We aim to represent the concerns and views of tenants and residents in the South TRA area with regards to external repairs, cleaning, lighting and antisocial behaviour, environmental improvements, as well as offering information and advice on Housing issues.
We aim to make the TRA South area a cleaner, safer, more vibrant and happier place to live where there is community involvement and participation.
