What is Pilates?
Pilates is a form of gentle exercise and is designed to
strengthen, tone and stretch the entire body.
Working in groups, exercises are developed to improve
strength, flexibility and posture.
Suitable for any age
Pilates targets key muscles to correct imbalances and
weaknesses and realise each person's physical
potential.

Might be best to contact the teacher direct and see if there's been any other interest in evening classes.

Would you consider doing any pilates classes in the evenings please? As I am working and can't come to a class in the daytime.
