Reporting a Repair
There are four ways to report a repair:
1/ Ring the repair call centre on 0800 952 4444. This is a free number – it’s better than calling the area office as then you will be transferred to the call centre and you will have to pay for the call!
2/ Visit or write to Borough and Bankside area Housing Office, Library Street.
You can also use the free phone there to contact the repair call centre.
3/ Visit the council’s Bermondsey ‘One Stop Shop’ at 17 Spa Road.

When reporting a repair make sure you obtain a reference number. Keep a note of dates and times of all contact with Southwark, with names of who you spoke to and your discussion. If any appointment is missed by contractors you are entitled to £50 compensation.
