TRA North is one of the 3 Tenants and Residents Association of people who live on Tabard Gardens Estate.

TRA North covers the following blocks / streets:

Abinger House, Balin House, Becket House, Betsham House, Boughton House, Brenley House, Eynsford House, Kellow House, Northfleet House, Pilgrimage Street, Selbourne House and Shere House.


If you are, or if you live with a tenant or leaseholder, or if you rent from a leaseholder in one of the above blocks you are already a TRA member, and you are are very welcome to attend our TRA meetings, so do come along to events, get involved in community projects and help us make a difference for everyone on our estate.
