TRA Central is one of the 3 Tenants and Residents Association of people who live on Tabard Gardens Estate.

TRA Central covers the following blocks / streets:

Aylesford House, Crayford House, Dunkirk House, Eastwell House, Halling House, Harbledown House, Kemsing House, Lenham House, 100 Long Lane & 102 Long Lane, Medway House, Otford House, Rochester House and Strood House.

If you are, or if you live with a tenant or leaseholder, or if you rent from a leaseholder in one of the above blocks you are already a TRA member, and you are are very welcome to attend our TRA meetings, so do come along to events, get involved in community projects and help us make a difference for everyone on our estate.
